Mobile wound care service Virginia
Thousands of People Across Virginia Trust Dynamic Health Solutions for In-home Medical Care and Wound Dressing
Our Services
We apply proactive treatment for hard-to-heal wounds, deep wounds, and those with uneven edges, preserving as much healthy tissue as possible while carefully removing damaged dermis and muscle.
Our treatment team brings all the sterile supplies necessary for treating and re-dressing complex wounds to you. Patients often respond better to treatment in a familiar environment, especially those with difficulty with mobility or accessing treatment in a facility.
We evaluate the treatment necessary for your wounds to create a custom care plan and communicate with your primary care team to coordinate care or alert them to changes in your wound or any worsening of the infection.
In-home wound care often costs much less than weekly trips to the hospital or urgent care. Many wound patients have compromised immune systems and may have a higher risk of contracting an infection from a hospital or other facility.
Our registered nurses and CNAs carefully remove dead tissue to preserve healthy tissue. They then administer the treatment you need for ulcers and other wounds with compassion and consideration.
We employ current wound care practices, including ultrasound technology, negative pressure wound therapy (PRWT), debridement, and bioengineered skin substitutes. Our approach is tailored to your needs, and we carefully explain each technique and how it will help you.
Our vascular screenings evaluate artery function, helping detect early signs of conditions like arterial blockages, aneurysms, and strokes. Early detection can lead to timely interventions and improved health outcomes.
We bring medical services to your home or care facility, ensuring patientsāespecially those who are immune-compromisedāreceive essential care in the comfort and safety of their space.
Routine vascular checks can uncover hidden health risks, allowing for preventative measures to reduce complications. Follow-up screenings help monitor treatment effectiveness and promote overall well-being.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is mobile wound care as good as the care provided at a clinic?
The short answer to this question is, yes, mobile wound care can be as good or even better, compared to the care provided at a clinic. Not only are each of our mobile care providers certified in wound care according to AMA guidelines, our patients and their caregivers especially appreciate the convenience, personalized attention, and improved communication that comes with this service. Many patients with chronic issues find that when they have regularly scheduled mobile wound care appointments that are easy to keep, it reduces their need for hospitalizations.
What should I expect during my home wound care visit?
One of our certified doctors, nurses, or CNAs will come to your home and introduce themselves. If you are not already sitting or lying down someplace comfortable, they will ask you to do this and will help you if you need it. They will then examine your wound and ask you questions about it and how you are doing. Depending on your specific plan of treatment, they will then perform any necessary procedures. If you do not already have a plan of treatment in place, they will assess you and make recommendations for one.
What is wound debridement?
Wound debridement is a method used to promote healing for wounds that have dead, damaged, or infected tissue. There are several types of wound debridement, these include autolytic, enzymatic, mechanical, surgical, and biological. Debridement is typically used for acute and chronic wounds that are infected, have dead tissue, or are slow to heal.
What is a vascular assessment?
A vascular assessment identifies circulation problems by evaluating blood flow in the arteries and veins. Circulation problems can impede wound healing and overall health, and a vascular assessment is helpful to medical professionals who treat serious and chronic wounds. Vascular assessments are typically performed in order to detect conditions such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT), peripheral artery disease (PAD), and venous insufficiency.
What kinds of services does your skilled, at-home nursing provide to your patients?
Our skilled, at-home nursing services include catheter care, chronic disease care and management, injections, IV infusions, medication management, post-surgical care, and wound care. We also educate patients and their caregivers to support them in their recovery and to help them develop practices that will maintain their health once they are feeling better.
